Please send your email submission to sondrajoy@pinupsforpups.com and include in your email the following information:

1. Current Head and Full Body Photo

2. Your bust, waist, hip, measurements

3. Your dogs info: measurements of neck, chest, length from neck to tail, weight, name, picture
of dog, breed, and M/F

4. Short Bio about you and your dogs and be sure to tell us about your involvement in animal
rescue or why you'd like to be involved!

To Participate your schedule must be flexible for the afternoon and evening of
March 13, 2010. You may be required to provide your own clothing, accessories,
hair or makeup.

*There will be no financial compensation for participation as this is a charity fundraiser event.
